Founder of REP Mental Performance
My passion for mental performance was shaped by the highs and lows of my competitive tennis career. Through sport, I experienced growth, confidence, and community and also faced challenges, including injury, mental health struggles, and adverse coaching experiences. These experiences deepened my understanding of the psychological demands of high-level competition and sparked my commitment to athlete well-being.
After an injury ended my collegiate career, I transitioned into coaching and served as the assistant coach for my team. Coaching at this level provided me the experience fostering an environment to enhance both athletic performance and individual growth. My experience working in strength and conditioning showed me that while physical preparation is essential, mental performance is the key to unlocking an athlete’s full potential.
I am dedicated to helping athletes strengthen their mental game, navigate challenges, and have an enriching athletic experience. As a mental performance consultant, my approach is centered around igniting awareness, purpose, and a willingness to grow and achieve, with an unwavering focus on athlete well-being.
